The Hofgarten

The Ansbach Residenz, the palace of the Hohenstauffens, has an Orangerie and gardens which were built separately from the palace. This was a place for pretty flowers and parties. We ate in the cafe and walked around the gardens. There was a lot of open space, park like areas, trees, flowers. It wasn't as fussy as the Mirabel gardens in Salzburg.
