    Last day in the area. We were getting tired. We thought about taking the trek up to Lübeck, but someone (not me) didn't want to. We hiked around the Pietzmoor, an 8,000 year old peat bog, instead. Home to many species of plants, birds, and the venomous European adder. Of course I hear that and who do I think of? Yes, Black Adder. In this case, the Medieval version.

    You can tell we're getting worn down, because usually we'd shove a couple more things in a day, but it was near the end of the trip and most of my goals were accomplished. Besides that raising Frederick Barbarossa from his cave thing, that didn't work out AT ALL.
