Headed Home

Another successful trip. Mostly.

We had to catch an early train to Frankfurt airport. Our plane was packed, kind of on time. Have to say the ground staff in Frankfurt wasn't nearly as efficient as the people in Philly.

After getting a late start with boarding, and having to get on a bus, and then people boarding from the front and back of the plane with no direction, we got a nice surprise. Steve was sitting in the Sunny Seat! What that means it, he got a cute little airplane toy, the little bag you get in business class, and all the free liquor and snacks (which you pay for on Discover) that he wanted. And since I was with him, I got all of that too. We didn't take as full advantage of it as we could, just one drink each and ended up taking snacks off the plane, because the flight attendants thought we should have at least one of everything. Would have been nice if they upgraded our meals to business class food too, but it was a nice way to end our trip.
