Train to Braşov

As I checked out of my hostel, I discovered that they expected cash for my stay. When I book through booking.com, I've always paid that way. Luckily, I had just enough cash! From there, it was a brisk 15-20 min walk to gara de Nord. My train left at 12:15, which gave me just enough time to buy water and a pastry. I'm not sure what it is, but it's sweet with layered pastry and some raisins. The woman sitting across was intently watching this way. At first it was weird, but then she got up and moved over to sit next to her husband. I think she was trying to decide if someone was sitting here before she did.
