Dreadful. The guest house was expensive shit for what we got. Boring, dirty, dusty. The first night we were there though, we met 3 guys (early twenties) from Hubli in Karnataka and spent a few hours with them, smoking (shit stuff), they gave us some (shit) rum as well, and forced us to take away with us a portion of biryani, even though we tried to object, because it was clear to us that we won't eat it (just because of the hour and the fact that we weren't hungry). We tried to get their contact info (I sent a friend request on facebook to myself from one of their accounts, but for some reason I didn't even see that notification...).
But anyway we decided, spontaneously, to leave the south for another time (and come better prepared) and headed towards Hampi and then north...Read more
