North of San Francisco

We are quite excited to follow the coast north from San Francisco, but off course we won't miss the Sonoma and Napa valleys, well known for their wineries. We do an extensive one day roadtrip through both valleys and see many..... grapevines. At the end of the day we return to the coast and sleep next to the ocean (and a seal colony). The next day we drive very afwisselend between pretty coastline and forest. On the coast it can be quite misty in the morning, inland it's very clear though, it's called a marine fog and we have been seeing it since San Francisco.Read more
