    Days 12-13: Santiago de Compostela

    Santiago was even more lovely than I'd remembered it from my first visit, 8 years ago. The Cathedral was beautiful, without all the scaffolding that had been there before.

    We took lots of pics, checked into our boutique hotel, cleaned up, and started wandering. We re-connected with a couple of other pilgrims we'd met on the trail earlier on the trip and shared some delicious food and great company.Read more
