Roast Duck

Back in language school my teachers, all from Beijing, told us that if we ever had the chance we should sample Beijing Roast Duck. Last night I had my chance as we dined at a restaurant specializing in this traditional Chinese delicacy. Although I was not hungry because of the huge lunch I had eaten earlier, I sampled everything on the table and found it all delicious.
