On to Paris

We are in two center seats in a Boeing 777 with no windows nearby so we have no idea what’s going on outside. We just stepped into this palace, and when we step out again we will be in Paris.

It was interesting that as we boarded the airplane, we never had to show a boarding pass. They use a photometric process. As a passenger steps through the door they photograph his face. That’s it. They made an announcement beforehand saying that if anyone did not want to be photographed, let them know and they would set up an interview, but apparently the airlines have photographs of all of our faces on file.
