    I have never liked sushi because I cannot tolerate the taste of the seaweed. Last night we had reservations at the sushi restaurant on our ship. I had figured I would eat salad and soup and the pickled cucumbers but the head Chef said that he could make me sushi with rice paper instead of seaweed. I had a perfectly lovely meal and enjoyed every bite of it. The attitude of every crewmember on the Scenic Eclipse is “we can make that work.”Read more
