Day 13 - Louth

Louth Race Day has been a much-loved tradition for more than 60 years. The event draws thousands of visitors to the small outback town ( population 45 ), with crowds of around 5,000 people making the trip for the racing, entertainment and unique Louth atmosphere.

Race day features fashions, novelty dress, foot races, food, live music and entertainment, with the band continuing after the last race.Read more
