Narai-juku ➡️ Shiojiri 🚃 Matsumoto

🇺🇸 With the next week looking rainy and being slightly past the halfway mark I decided to take a small 3-day break in Matsumoto. The 20km hike to Shiojiri was fairly easy and had a few very nice views where you could see the end of the Japanese Central Alps.
I arrived in Matsumoto at around 2pm and slept for a few hours before heading out and getting dinner. The owner of the guesthouse I‘m staying at is super nice and gave me a few recommendations for the next days.

🇩🇪 Da die nächste Woche regnerisch sein soll und ich etwas mehr als die Hälfte der Strecke zurückgelegt habe, habe ich mich entschieden in Matsumoto eine 3-Tage Pause einzulegen. Der 20km Hike nach Shiojiri war entspannt und es gab auch einige schöne Aussichten, bei denen man das Ende der japanischen Zentralalpen sehen konnte.
Ich bin um etwa 2 Uhr Mittags in Matsumoto angekommen und habe den Rest des Tages geschlafen und nur Abends nochmal schnell wo was gegessen. Der Besitzer des Hostels ist super nett und hat mir auch einige Empfehlungen für die kommenden Tage gegeben.Read more
