White Cliffs Day 3

Went on a tour of White Cliffs this morning, found out all about the area, the Opal fields and the people. Was shown through the dugout house known as The White House, pretty sure I wouldn't want bus loads of people through my house everyday, but pretty spectacular what they have done with the place. Not sure what the other 100 or so are like inside, but they all look pretty wild outside. Went for a drive through the Opal Fields, amazed that's its only about 1 square mile. Also saw Australia's/ world's first solar farm, the pioneer cemetery and had a peak at the Red Earth Opal Shop.Meer informatie
