I was amazed that Panama city looks like a western city with a lot of skyscrapers...and certainly a lot of banks! It's the financial hub of Central America...

Semuc Champey!

Today we did our first trip with local buses and pick up trucks. Semuc Champey is a beautiful area and perfect for a day trip. And for dinner we had the traditional dish/soup Kak'ik! 💕

Sunset and sunrise in Canada

Breathtaking landscape. We stayed in a cottage near the lake with windows facing the water. For sunrise we woke up extra early and sunset we drove to a special place. I just love it
