Arrived in Lyme Regis with my friend Sam , and my other lovely friend Cathy drove us from Oxfordshire and then went on to spend a few days in Burton Bradstock .
Enjoyed the museum, the Cobb Quay, fish and chips and coffee shop. What a pretty place,not too busy as it's end of school holidays .Even has a sandy beach in one part .
We start the trail early tomorrow . We are looking forward to the challenge.Read more
TravelerGwyne - what a girl you are! Look out for fossils! There are so many rockfalls now which are revealing unknown specimens. If you happen to see a jaw with teeth sticking out of a rock face, report it and if it’s a “new” one they’ll probably call it a Gwynosauras! It’s as though God is now saying in these end times “Look! There really was a flood and here’s the evidence”. I don’t think fossils have ever been found in such quantity as now.
