So in the afternoon we explored the Bridge Hill area of Alexander
We have never been up on the hill before and didn't realise what a large housing area it is.
I am fascinated in the way houses incorporate the natural rock into their landscape or even the build of their homes. We meandered around two small lakes and through a lovely reserve containing dozens of trees collected from around the world by the couple who established the park. We enjoyed our gentle wander through these quiet peaceful areas.
I spotted another Lilliput Library. These are popping up all over, but I can't always photograph.
We are now enjoying our 5th night in a row of freedom camping. This time beside Lake Dunstan just outside of Clyde. The sun was still very warm when we arrived that the lake proved tempting enough for a QUICK dip. Probably be the last for the season. It wasn't exactly warm.🥶 Tomorrow we start heading north.
