Finger Lick'n Day

Started the day yesterday with a cycle along the Outlet track to 'Pembroke Patisserie' in Albert Town for coffee and treat. 🥐 A ride we have done previously. Mentioning this as the Wrights know it well. I don't intend to do that ride again unless something is done about the 3km of rugged, narrow, blind corners, nasty shear drop off into the river part of the trail. It is a very stressful, difficult piece of what is otherwise a beautiful easy track to ride. Too much for an old girl. 😱 Luckily we didn't have to go back the same way. Maggies 13th birthday so it was party time. 🎂 Amigo's (Mexican) for dinner, then home for party games and cheesecake birthday cake. After school today, we are taking Maggie to Cromwell for a night in the Motorhome. She's chosen the Menue. Bbq sausages (with sauce) in buns 🌭 and fruit pies for dinner and pancakes 🥞 and bacon and eggs for breakfast. 🥓🍳 Hope the rain stays away so we can do all this outside. Then it will be Mini Golf and real fruit ice creams 🍦 before heading home. I wonder who will enjoy this the most 🤔 PS. I wasn't trying to out do Grant with my food pics. 😄Read more
