Goyder line - don't farm above here, he said. They didn't listen.....Glass bottom boat we spent 90 min on seeing snapper, luminescent giant male cuttlefish & blow fishThis is the best I could do for a cuttlefish picture!Iron ore barge being loaded. Tugged out to carrier 20km off shore for transhipment and export

    Cuttlefish and Silo light show

    May 27 in Australia ⋅ ☀️ 15 °C

Due to weather, the boat tours had been cancelled for 3 days. One at 10.30 am today, and the rest for the days cancelled. Spent 90 min watching various fish, dolphins, one seal, terns, and cormorants. The cuttlefish were amazing to see, with the males luminescing and chasing each other. No photos as too difficult.
Came back into the marina through 1m swell and rising wind.
Port Augusta - a point on the map.
Very dry and empty landscape out to Flinders Ranges via the Pichi Richi Pass (following the old railway line)
