Kimberley - day 5 Emma Gorge

Into Zebedee springs at 7am & came across an olive python in the process of swallowing a rock wallaby. Springs shut at 7.30 for next 2 to 7 days while it finishes swallowing & digesting. We had a very Czytaj więcej

Long travel day from Lake Argyle to Bungle Bungles or Purnululu NP. The spring Creek road was 53km of serious 4WD road with 20 waterway crossings - not all with water.

4.15 am start to drive 1 hr and watch sunrise over the bungles
Walked into picaninny lookout and Cathedral Gorge in the morning then
Echidna chasm and Osmand ranges lookout in the afternoon.
