Into Zebedee springs at 7am & came across an olive python in the process of swallowing a rock wallaby. Springs shut at 7.30 for next 2 to 7 days while it finishes swallowing & digesting. We had a very exclusive visit - cars lined up at the gate waiting as we drove past and out.
Drove to the end of the Gibb River Road, and onto Kununarra for 2.5 hours - lunch, art gallery visit, provisions before onto Lake Argyle Resort. Relaxed afternoon, with dip in the infinity pool and happy hour at the bar. Crocodile patties for dinner.

Slower start (6.45am) to drive to Emma Gorge. 3.2km return walk up the gorge (rock scrabbling most of the way) to a beautiful waterfall and swimming hole. Not rock art here, but a thermal sprung into the water to take a bit off the chill off.
