O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo

We spent a day exploring a Mayan cultural experience complete with tequila, honey, taco and chocolate tastings! Yum! Today, we paid a visit to the San Gervasio Mayan ruins. Our guide, Jorge, did a wonderful job telling us all about the mayan people and how their life revolved around astrology (and maybe a little frog licking). Jorge was so kind as to introduce us to Romeo, who can be seen serenading his lizard girlfriend in the ruin temple. Afterwards, we found a tasty burrito spot right near our apartment.Read more
