Hola MoustacheIt's unclear since we confirmed 2 days ago and our driver confirmed directions when we left Negombo today. In Kandy, called again for directions and they said the hotel was closed. I think they tried to fix a leaky pipe and flooded themselves, but it was hard to hear on the phone. We'd paid for the hotel using Citibank points so I had to call them and they contract out their travel stuff and the travel stuff 3rd party subcontracts to a 4th party. Really surprised we had a new hotel room after only an hour on the phone. Thank you TMobile Simple Choice Plan.
