The morning after

Woken at 4.05am by rain on my face! I could've worked it into a dream, but the reality was there was a storm brewing, and rain was coming through the skylight above my bed I'd left ajar. A few minutes later and a spectacular storm moved overhead, and I thought today's return journey was likely to be very unpleasant.
