Well, Verona is lovely. Spent the day walking around. Went to the Verona arena to start with and Maddy was so excited she was leaping up the steps and slipped hitting her cheekbone on the jagged stone steps. She now has a cut and sweollen cheek. Went to Juliet’s balcony. Climbed up the Torre dei Lamberti. Crossed over the river and walked up to Castel San Pietro.Read more
