    Called in and saw the POW camp and Japanese Gardens so interesting and a beautiful memorial.
    Even saw 2 wild deers coming out of the park couldnt believe what we were seeing.

    Ended up staying 8nights. On the move today.

    Bathurst

    Took a day trip to Bathurst pick up mail and have a look around wanted to do the track but there is a event on this weekend so it was closed bummer. Think we will just stay here at Lake Wallace until Monday. No ones moved us on yet lol.

    Historic Hartley Village

    Historic little town coming down the first established in 1837. Courthouse, shows presentations of convicts and earsly settlers share there stories. So well preserved.

    Three sisters, again unbelievable site to see. Feeling like im standing on the top of the world. Big storm coming in so going to start heading back down before it hits. So wanted to see Wellington falls but will def come back again.Read more

    Visiting views in the Blue Mountains National Park. Anvil Rock, Wind eroded Cave and Perrys lookdown. I just cant explain in words how amazing this feeling is to be experencing these wonderful place photos just dont do it enough justice.Read more

    Lithgow Blue Mountains.

    First stop information center to make sure I dont miss anything along the way. So glad I did lady told me so many places to see along the way to Katoomba. Lithgow is a beautiful little town loved how all the old houses are still being lived in today in the foothills.
    The Blast Furnace park is the remnants reminding us that Lithgow was the birthplace of the Australian iron and steel industry Constructed in 1913. At its peak produced 105000 tonnes of pig iron primarily used for Trans Australia Railway.    Read more

    Been raining all day here today nice change from the heat. We decided to go for a quick drive to Portland. Quite suprised when we got there it was bigger than we thought it would be but very old heritage shops and home. They are slowly bringing the town back. Came across the silo art by chance as hadnt seen it advertised anywhere. Its right at the back of town along side the old cement works built in 1901. Its now been converted into a brewery.Read more

    Capertree Valley

    The widest canyon in the world. Absolutley amazing in the central tablelands NSW.
    Need to put sign up that there is no turn around point at the top for vans. Yep we learnt the hard way really tested Garys reversing talents lol we got there in the end had to reverse all the way back down.
    But it was so worth it for the fantastic views.    Read more

    Stayed 3 night at showgrounds great spot to beat the heat wave with power. Aircon was a blessing. Quite a busy little town. Not much to do.
