Tenryu-ji Temple

after the Monkey Park, we went down again, crossed the Bridge to the Tenryu-ji Temple (Temple of the Heavenly Dragon) and his Zen Garden, located in the Sagano district of Kyoto, is the head temple ofΠ§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ Π΄Π°Π»Π΅Π΅

luckily the exit of the Zen Garden leads us directly to the famous & also really touristy Arashiyama Bamboo Forest (it is so hard to take Pictures there, because it is soooo crowded, I recommend to goΠ§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ Π΄Π°Π»Π΅Π΅
After that we made our way to the Riverside and forward the Bridge again, to see the Sunset and enjoying an ice cream (Vanilla/Green Tea), soo good!
Today is a long day and we have a lot of nice spots to go… well, we took the Bus to the northern part of Kyoto, where our first spot is the Kinkaku-ji Temple - The Golden Temple, it it one of theΠ§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ Π΄Π°Π»Π΅Π΅
The second spot is nearby by the Kinkaku-ji Temple, so excited to participate a Tea Ceremony, as we have some time till the Tea Ceremony will start, we went to a coffee shop, which is close buy…Π§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ Π΄Π°Π»Π΅Π΅
After the Tea Ceremony we walked to our 3rd spot… almost there we took a shortcut, and found this beautiful place in the green with a river.. as we bought before some Snacks & Drinks in the 7Π§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ Π΄Π°Π»Π΅Π΅
After our Lunch Pique Nique we went to visit the Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, it is a cute Shrine, for free & not so touristy like others…
… as we were strolling around the Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, there was also a garden next to it, it is with a entrance fee, but only 100 yen, because we love Japanese gardens, we paid it, with noΠ§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ Π΄Π°Π»Π΅Π΅
Next spot for today, is the RyΕan-ji Temple & Rock Garden, the Temple itself is not so big, but it has a Rock Garden, where you can sit down and meditate or just let yourself getting in to the vibeΠ§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ Π΄Π°Π»Π΅Π΅
As for now, we walked all the way to another Temple, well, it’s more like a Temple Village, but this one is not touristy, here still monks are living… but because of it, it was such a special &Π§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ Π΄Π°Π»Π΅Π΅
