… After the Yoyogi Park we went to another Park the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, which was also pretty nice, we had a snack and a drink in a small restaurant with terrace and I enjoyed a Green Tea Ice Cream with some Mochis… after we just chilled in the Traditional Japanese Garden, till the Sun went down..Read more

Shinjuku by Night

… after we had a nice afternoon in the Park, relaxing, reading a book, listening to music & watching the Sunset, it was already time for Dinner.. so we decided to go to the Memory Lane for Dinner… as we finish we were strolling around Shinjuku, it feels like you are in a different world with all the Light… we enjoyed a Beer as well!! Than we found an arcade and of course we had to try it… playing Mario Kart, and playing around these Machines to catch something…. Well, in the end, we got a Yoshi and a Manga Statue!Read more

Walking from the Nezu Jinja Shrine, forward, we cross a small cute lake, where we saw a lot of Pedal-Boats… on the other side of the lake Nedujinja Shrine, a small, cute Shrine… i think it looks really nice because you have the lake, a little green around and the high buildings in the background!Read more

Sunset at Skytree

Our last stop is Tokyo SkyTree, pretty close from the Temple we just been.. well, it looked closer than it is..so we had to hurry a bit because we had a time slot booked to go up to the SkyTree, but we made it! The View from SkyTree is different than Shibuya Sky, because it’s only inside and the SkyTree is higher… i can’t say which one is better because both have something special… we made it up in time for Sunset… and stayed up to see the view in Nighttime as well, was quite busy, and everything was Disney Themed, so it was cool!Read more

Day Trip to Hakone

Today, we decided to do a Day Trip to Hakone, it’s a cute little Town in the Mountain side like around 2 hours outside of Tokyo… it is famous for it’s Onsen, Golfing, Cable Car up the Mountain and you have also a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from the nearby Lake…

… sadly, it was a pretty rainy day, so we couldn’t enjoy as much as we wanted around Hakone, we have to safe it for next Japan Trip!Read more

… As we arrived back in Tokyo after our Day Trip to Hakone, we went for Dinner in Shinjuku, is was such a nice place, happy we found it… and after that we went to a Club, we thought that once we are in Tokyo we need to go out dancing, so we went to a Club, which a lot of people recommended… and we had an amazing, crazy Night at Warp Club Shinjuku… !!!Read more

Surrounding Taketomi Island

… arrived at this beautiful Island, we decided to walk around the Island, well, to surround it by the Beach side… first there was a Beach to walk but than it got more complicated, and we had to walk in the water because there was no beach anymore, but it was definitely an adventure…

till we found the second Beach, and People again, we were completely alone, felt like in Cast Away… there was also a Swing, so we had to take Pictures with it…Read more

Beautiful SandBank

And than we found a really nice Sandbank in the Sea, you have to walk in the Sea to get there, the water reaches till the breast… but so fun…
Even the weather was like really cloudy but hot, the colours of the water still had an amazing colour, so imagine that place with sunshine…

and finally we arrived by the Pier so, means we made it around the Island and to the only Town!Read more

Japanese Birthday Dinner

For Dinner we went to a really small, typical Japanese Restaurant which the Owner of the Guesthouse recommended us… we had some Beer and really nice Food recommended from the Chef, we also had a Sake tasting (3 different ones, a dry one, medium and a sweet one)… it was so good and special… perfect BIRTHDAY DINNER!Read more

Banna Park Lookout

Today, my plan is to visit around Ishigaki, well from the Guesthouse I make my way to the Banna Park, everything by Foot, on top i found a Lookout, where you have a pretty nice view over Ishigaki… the way to go there is a bit through a Jungle… but it was pretty cool, felt like in Indiana Jones..Read more

Ryukyu Kannonsaki Lighthouse

… after the Banna Park I went down again, and walked till the sea and all the way to the Lighthouse,
It is small, but it has a really cute little hidden Beach with Rock combination which makes it more special, pretty nice place to relax…

I relaxed there till Adele was joining me, as there is a beautiful Sea promenade from the Lighthouse till Ishigaki Town, we walked together and even had a nice Ice Cream Cocktail on a Rooftop next to the sea!Read more

We made it back to Ishigaki Town, and before we go to the Guesthouse gor a Shower before Dinner… we tried one of these Shake, there is all kinda shakes, but the most special one is the purple one, it’s purple because it’s out of Potatoes, purple potatoes which is famous from here the Okinawa Islands… mhhh so good!Read more

Well, always when i’m with Adele, we do something crazy, in San Francisco we did a Piercing together, here in Japan we wanted to colour our Hair, why?! Bye Bye Guesthouse Ishigaki

As we finished with our Hair dresser appointment, we headed back to the Guesthouse, to pick up our luggage, the owner was so nice and offered us a ride to the Ferry Terminal, like that we didn’t had to walk all the way with our heavy Backpacks, arrived we took a selfie with her & said goodbye (it was the best Guesthouse in japan, definitely recommend this place to everyone who travels to Ishigaki)..

Hoshi-no-Suna Campsite

After we arrived at the Terminal in Iriomote Island, we took a Transfer which took us to the Campground, the Hoshi-No-Suna Campsite, it’s also a Hotel, so if you don’t wanna camp you can take a Room, it has a Main Restaurant, where you can have Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner…

first we checked-in and than we search for the perfect spot to put our Tent, well, we had the whole Camping Space for our own, because we were the only one Camping, so we decided a spot where we had a view to the sea…Read more
