Arriving at the maladhara Yoga Resort nearby Chiang Mai 🧘🏼‍♀️😊 so the Journey With Path of Yoga School began! 🤗
Every Morning Started with a 3 Hour practice of Yoga (Asana, pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation), continuing with mauna breakfast (breakfast in silence - These Smoothie Bowls were such an Inspiration 😍) and lectures :)
Starting from day 2 we had Teaching practices. At the End of week 1 we had to teach the Path of Yoga sun salutation (First practicum ✅)
