The White, the Blue and the Black...

The White Temple just out of Chiang Ria is rather beautiful. A modern confection but still a functioning place of worship. As is the Blue Temple which is still a work in progress but having a similar OTT aesthetic. The Black House was a different story altogether. Numerous wooden buildings built in the traditional Thai style throughout the gardens containing utterly bizarre and downright macabre artworks not to mention artefacts collected by a renowned Thai artist.Читать далее
