Sleepover in Eindhoven

During my way back to Scotland I stayed in 3BE Backpacker hostel in Eindhoven. Actually it was the only available for that day... I was very pleased when receptionist said I'll be alone in the room. When I arrived to my room, I found well cleaned room, with nicely ironed sheets, but the doors had no locks ! I was kind of surprised... Anyway I am quite used to take care about my safety on my own, so I just moved one double bed right in front of the doors :) I didn't sleep well though... :D But everything else was alright. I have to say that Eindhoven is lovely, cosmopolitan town with both traditional and modern architecture. As you are passing the bars and pubs, sometimes you can smell the weed odour, which is normal here. Definitely one of the towns in Netherland which lives in night and is welcoming for travellers abroad!Read more
