First night in the hostel

It's bloody roasting tonight so going to try and get some shut eye to ease the jet lag. Having a bit of normality with a proper book!

RejsendeOh Jen. I feel for you. The Jet Lag is absolutely awful. it used to ground me when I flew back from Canada and the US. You have to just get your body into the correct time zone ASAP. Relaxing and getting into a good book is a great idea. Drink plenty and sleep as much as you can. It will pass in a few days time. Everybody is talking and asking about you. They are all so jealous and proud of you. Keep the messages and photos coming. xxx
