81 Palms RV - Deming, NM (4/3-4/4)

We are headed to Tucson, but it’s a long drive from here. So we have a stop over in Deming, New Mexico. We are leaving Carlsbad caverns RV park, which is located in New Mexico and headed to Texas. Well at least we cross through a part of Texas.

Along the way, we drove along Guadalupe Mountains, national Park, and beyond the mountains are the salt flats. It looks very similar to white sands. This time we took the 375 Loop around El Paso instead of driving right through the middle of the city. It was much less congested and a smoother ride even though we had to climb over a mountain. Once passed El Paso, we made it into New Mexico. I got a great picture of the roadrunner in Las Cruces. We are in Deming for just one night and then we hit the road in the morning.Læs mere
