Argeles-Gazost

A short detour for fuel before some more Pyrenean passes brought us to Argeles-Gazost, the nearest place with a Total station with government subsidised diesel (gotta love socialism and spending other people’s money!)

It turned out that Tuesday was market day. A lovely old fashioned farmers market with lots of local produce. Bought some cheese and sausage and a basque meat dish and rice/veg, along with a take away slate of L’Ardoise nibbles.
