• Merzouga and Sahara

    We spent a night in Merzouga, a town on the edge of the Sahara desert. It was windy and quite hostile/ the climate and the people. Stepping out of the campervan and walking past the swimming pool on the empty campsite, there was a mound of sand, which if you climbed to the top of the mound, this was all you could see, as far as you looked in both directions.
