Neddies Harbour, Norris Point

It is our last day together with Paul and Cheryl in Norris Point. We awoke to a cool, overcast morning and Janet and Don cooked fresh mackerel for breakfast. When walking last night, Den and Janet spoke with some fishrmen just coming in for the day. They offered the fresh caught fish and it was great. Soon after, we left for Woody Point. About an hours drive around Bonne Bay, we visited the Discovery Centre and then did a 4k hike up to the Tablelands - flat top mountains! Went in to Woody Point for a quick, late lunch and walkabout town. And picked up a fresh raspberry pie for dinner.
Unfortunately Paul and Cheryl now need wheel bearings on another wheel. We've found one they can pick up in Cornerbrook but will have to be installed in North Sydney, NS on Monday.Leggi altro
