The Butchart Gardens.

We arose early on Thursday as we needed to be at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal early for an 8am sailing to Victoria on Vancouver Island. It was a lovely trip passing several islands.

John and Jan Sobkowicz picked us up and spent the day sharing some of their beautiful island with us. Jan and John were Self Reliance Missionaries in Melbourne around 2016-2018. We got to know them and have kept in occasional contact.

They took us to the world famous Butchart Gardens. The floral displays there were magnificent. We were in awe of the beauty.Read more
