Day 41 - Marrakesh Express to Casablanca

Well not exactly - but it was first class rail between Marrakesh and Casablanca. About 3 hours. It was very comfortable - very modest - but ran on time and was relaxing for me. Today is another transit to a new stopover on my journey. Casablanca will be my last stay in Morocco - 3 nights and at this stage with no activities booked. I’m not going to chase action based experiences here - more sight seeing and maybe some art and cultural attractions.
My digs here are very cool. Definitely the grooviest so far. Very colourful and interesting set out. The location is just inside the Medina walls - so very central to the city and harbour. Will definitely explore the waterfront area tomorrow.

And I just realised when checking what day it is (at times I just don’t know!!) I realised it’s another milestone date. Today I am exactly 69.5. How’s that eh and celebrating by myself with a quiet meal in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The more I check this place out - the more I love it.
