Day 54 - Figueres - Dali

This will be special!!
Definitely a highlight for me in terms of my excitement and expectations of seeing some really special art. Who didn’t have a Dali poster in the 70’s!! He has certainly been a strong influence in my passion for creative imagery and a vivid colour palette.
The gallery here in this stunningly beautiful place called Figueres was designed by Dali himself in his latter years. He spent most of his working life in this area. Tomorrow I go to his actual house and studio where he and his wife lived for many years.Read more
