Rome and Vatican city

Spent all day walking around Rome and Vatican city. It was boiling hot, like 32°, and ended up burning but worth it.

The city is huge but amazing. An eclectic mix of ancient Rome sitting beneath old Rome, the modern city perched haphazardly on top.

It is incredible to see the city peeling back and revealing these layers of history and mythology.Leggi altro
