Well I'm not sure that was exactly the goal of the challenge but we did offer potatos and we received the Karjalan piirakka. They were delicious!
RejsendeOK so online it says rye bread, but these look like twice baked potatoes. What does it taste like?
RejsendeIt tasted like egg salad on potato bread but the egg salad was made with butter and not mayo. It was different from anything we’d eaten before but if I saw it in a market, I would definitely get one again.
