Bitter Springs

Beautiful spot for a swim, floated down the spring and climbed out and did it again. Also visited the original site of Elsey Homestead - home of Jeannie Gunn who wrote we of the Never Never. Visited the Elsey Homestead Cemetery which is very well maintained. When we travelled along the old Stuart Highway we found the most amazing billabong absolutely flush with bird life.
