Baliuag Day 3

Our last full day was full of our lechon celebration. We had a full roasted pig on banana leaves surround with rice, fish, and veggies. Lechon is eaten the traditional way with your hands. We later enjoyed buko salad (coconut and jello ice cream) and card games. I learned how to play in between which is a card game that involves gambling with coins.
