Old Town Dubrovnik, Croatia

Our stay was in Old Town, right on top of all the stairs. I lugged my 20kg suitcase up so many stairs in really hot weather - I definitely felt a sense of achievement when I reached the top. The Croatian lady we stayed with was a lovely lady, whom I really liked. The weather was so hot, we appreciated the cold orange juice she offered us the first thing we stepped foot inside the house!

Our room was upstairs, and another sense of achievement was felt since the stairs were so narrow! I was so glad our room had aircon, oh so glad!Read more
