BIG RACE

Big Race is today! 33 cars race 500 miles at 230+ mph. It will be exciting and loud! The excitement began at 530 am with booming fireworks, drums banging, cymbals clanking, music blaring with heavy base rumbling your insides. We are walking to the track at 10 am for the pre-game festivities including a marching band and a patriotic salute to veterans. The race starts at 1245 for 3 hours. We are sitting at the finish line. I'll let you know who wins! Ericsson won. The winner gets a huge wreath around his neck, drinks a jug of milk, takes a victory lap and kisses the original bricks preserved on the track.
