    Today's visit to the Colosseum took in the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill and access to the Gladiator Arena
    The Colosseum name is a recent term as it was originally known as Flavian Amphitheater after Emperor Vespasianus Flavius who built it.
    It took 8-10 years to build and seated between 50-60,000 people
