2nd day in Berlin

Well today was something else.

Visited the Berlin Wall, Reichstag Building, Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, the old headquarters of the SS and Gendarmenmarkt,

I saw the car park that used to be Hitler's bunker and the place where they believe Hitler and his wife was burnt. Also saw the area in which the Jewish books were burnt.

It's crazy to think that now we can stand and walk in each side of the west and east of Berlin so freely ..... as can be seen in the last photo but yet for 28 years this was impossibleMeer informatie
