Had a lovely flight over, but the wind got up...... for the return flight.
I separated from rest of the group as I wanted to go birding not on a cruise. They left me some lunch in the shipping contain at the air strip.
Orange-bellied Parrots were fabulous. I got to see quite a few. Also saw the Striated Heathwren, a Beautiful Firetail & some Dusky Robins.
Going over we flew via the coast and on the way back we went inland so got to see some different scenery.Read more
