Went in to check out a new second hand guitar for Mal. Ended up buying it. We caught the bus both in to town and out to the caravan park.

Chinamens bridge was a great spot to stop and do a bit of birding. Photographed 16 species here, including a Yellow-tufted Honeyeater.

What a day.... left the campsite around 9, it was already 30 degrees. By 12.15 it was 46 and stayed that way for 4 hours.

This is the last town before Queensland, the other camp spot is just over the border, but this one is further from the road so less traffic noise.
