Met a fine russian business man on the flight here from st pete. He says Putin is a master crook ,with a spin machine to keep him in power. We knew that, but this guy is involved with exposing govt corruption , and is planning to leave russia just after his studies are released. He is starting a new business in Boston area. He says all russians are dreaking of getting out and to the States. They just need money , and only 3 percent of russians have 2000 usd in the bank or more. They are too broke to move.
