Today we have been walking around in Ancud. It is a small town. We had lunch in a restaurant that prepaired curranto. It’s a traditional dish from Chilóe. They put stones on a fire, then put seafood, potatos, meat and chicken on the rocks. The food gets covered by some huge leafs (that I don’t remember the name of) and then dirt. It was very tasty, and some of it reminded me of traditional norwegian food (komler og røykekjøtt).
Good day spent in Ancud, I like this place! In the afternoon we took the bus to Castro. We will be staying two nights in a palafito there.Läs mer
